The paint job was just too cool to pass up. I don't even know if this is an actual car or not. Who cares. Love it.

Check Google and type 'Ruska Buggy'.
These cars were very popular in Holland in the 60's i guess. A garage in Amsterdam converted Volkswagen bug's into these. The body was made of polyester.
